Van is a Sunshine local who has lived in Melbourne's western suburbs for more than 20 years. He's a public school maintenance worker and member of the the Australian Education Union. He's also a street artist and political cartoonist.

A laudable campaign. Problem is Australian politics has long been geared towards making the super-rich ever richer by cutting their taxes and giving them access public funds to help boost profits. Redistributing wealth to ensure everyone has a 'fair go'? You're dreaming mate.
