Can't figure out why I feel stressed all the time. I'm doing everything right:
- eating normally
- getting a full night's sleep
- spending one-third of my waking hours cycling between four apps filled with 6-second videos and flashing lights and people screaming and bright colors
- walking daily

glad period simulators exist but what about a realistic one where someone is trying to lead a very important meeting and they get hit with the worst pain they’ve had in their life to the point of nausea and they just have to act like everything is normal??
