The NYT this morning attempted to explain a growing "insubordination" to Trump by congressional Republicans. One branch of government is, by charter, co-equal with the other two, not subordinate to either of them. Words matter.

Plodding through Slow Horses, unentertained and unenlightened by Lamb's constant profanity. Otherwise ok, but why the saturation of expletives in crime shows on HBO, Netflix, Apple, etc? Anything, overdone, loses impact and becomes dull. Poor writer's crutch for a character's emotion or vocabulary?
