From a mining town; still love getting beneath the surface of things.

This smirking schmuck is, apparently, Trump's choice to lead the Fed next year.

And another two billion to change it back when the Hegseth saga has run its course.

Trump hiding behind Leavitt is peak cowardice. An abuser of young women putting a young woman up to catch flak for him. Yellow non-barking dog.

And 62 for a repeat buyer. How does it increase home ownership when you own nothing until you're 90, or 112? Ludicrous.
November 9, 2025 at 9:19 PM
The Natl Assn of Realtors reports that the average age of a first time home buyer in 2025 is 40. For a repeat buyer, it's 62. How is that supposed to increase home ownership, when you don't own it until you're 90, or 112? Ridiculous.
November 9, 2025 at 9:18 PM
Worthy of ridicule. The average age of a first time homebuyer is 40, and of a repeat buyer, 62 (Natl Assn of Realtors; 2025). So you pay this puppy off at either 90 or 112. Insane, I tell ya.

He runs on attention. When he isn't getting it, he lapses into standby mode. 'Thank you for your attention to this matter, it's all that keeps me going.'

Following a fight with the Yankees Graig Nettles, Lee put Nettles' trading card in his wallet. A long time later, Lee said he hoped Nettles enjoyed "the view and the smell, which hasn't gotten better over the years."

Agree! Dinner as a process, rather than an event. No need for reservations when you can dine well on the go in Spain. We love putting a meal together, ad hoc, over a couple of hours wandering.

"Battling." That's Trump, all the way; battling the very sands of time that beckon him under.

Making it "impossible to lose an election" is wildly inconsistent with democracy. Win or die, Trump's proposition, is an immediate danger, Don't pay attention at your own peril.

Hard to hear that about our nation's greatest patriot.

Ever get the impression that there's a continuous bitter argument raging in his head, and what comes out is just who's on top at the moment?
