A police drama in a hard SF setting was a great idea. Some of Star Cops' storytelling is freakishly prescient.
Beautiful. When I first watched in 1987, I genuinely thought what I was seeing could be achieved by 2027, when it was set. We could have got pretty close if the world wasn't such a mess.
