There is a brilliant "lost" verse for "This land is your land" by Woody Guthrie that I loved so much that I created a comic from it as a tribute. It's really sad how few people know about it, I felt like it needed some love.

TLDR I called out white dolls for being vocally aphobic, bill Bree and salty got mad about this, started with trying to lie about me, failed. Tried to launder the racist trauma I was subjected to locally and literally write about, failed. Doxxed me for shit I’ve talked openly about, succeeds.

I've had so many people tell me that I should just work retail because it's not "that hard" that anyone just assuming a disabled person has that capability is a surefire way to piss me off lol

If y'all run Anonsee off of this platform when fae has proven themselves time and time again to be one of the few people that puts in actual work to protect and help ALL queer and trans people, not just the skinny white abled ones, then this place is officially done and dead

My field is more than 60% women.

Shark Week, marine biology's biggest stage, doesn't just feature more men than women... it features more guys named Mike than women.

And that's ignoring the pseudoscientific nonsense, wildlife harassment, and near complete lack of any real conservation content

Beware of ‘Shark Week’: Scientists watched 202 episodes and found them filled with junk science, misinformation and white male ‘experts’ named Mike
A study offers evidence that marine biology’s biggest stage is broken, and suggests ways to fix it.

thing that continues to annoy me:

*Game is full of glitches and lets you brute force everything*
Gamers: "this game is a buggy mess, what trash"
*Game has patched out glitches and keeps you from brute forcing puzzles*
Gamers: "This game won't let me do anything, what trash"

The DC Dyke March was hundreds of dykes, ALL MASKED, 100% MASKING, marching through the streets of DC against genocide in Palestine in 60+% humidity and 90ish degree heat, including disabled dykes of all kinds.

Organizers, you CAN make masking mandatory for events. It’ll work.

Logging back on just long enough to tell y’all that yes I know it’s pride but there’s currently another massive covid spike, with almost 1 in 4 people testing positive and on the rise.

Community care and “we keep us safe” also means masking and caring for disabled queers too.

Reskeet for vis pls💖

Bad news: I now have no idea when the flare up is coming

Current scary thought: If even the prospect of losing the election won't stop Establishment Dems from supporting genocide, then them winning said election will convince them they never have to pass progressive legislation ever again

The whole "J.K. Rowling attacks a trans woman referee for getting a job" thing really gives away the game. Transphobes really hate that they can't be outwardly cruel to us anymore and are trying to get governments to give them blanket permission to hurt us.
All of this shit just boils down to "I should not have to encounter a trans person in any setting."
All these people do is whine about the most low-stakes shit

This is coverage from the site of Philly radio on the anniversary of the MOVE bombing. It deeply goes into the perspectives of MOVE members & Philly community. I encourage people to read a source like this to understand the bombing as living history that's being kept, not a shocking hidden fact.
‘It could happen again': Activists reflect 39 years after MOVE bombing
“It’s really important for us to document this history, talk about things — and to never forget,” Mike Africa Jr. said.

Today in 1985, Philly police bombed a house of Black separatists after police shot one of their own officers in the back to justify it, then prevented the fire department from responding, resulting in 61 homes destroyed, 250 homeless, 6 adults, and 5 children dead. It gets worse.
