The Trump admin is now claiming U.S. troops have immunity for blowing up drug boats,even in international waters. Reminder: U.S. legal immunity doesn’t apply in other countries. If Colombia, Venezuela, or the ICC decide those strikes were illegal? That “immunity” is meaningless
