@evertonfc.com - why on the live commentary does Darren always have his mic level set much lower than either Snods or Diamond? The difference in volume level is really difficult to cope with, like one of those movies where the dialogue is too feint and the music too loud.

Stateside, I'm surprised by how I was sent home after two surgeries with a bottle full of Oxy and *no instructions*. No warnings, nothing. I decided that I would set as a personal goal to not finish all the pills I was given, and use the remaining # to wean off of it. Really wish RI did better.

They already tried, with MOOCs. We were told we'd need only like 5 universities to produce "the best" content, the rest could shut down and everyone could learn from MOOCs instead. Which showed exactly how much they understood about education, learning, humans, and other things not measured in bits.
in 8-10 years someone from Silicon Valley is going to invent the university, genuinely unaware that it's been done before
