DC raised, HU grad Richard Smallwood combined his love for gospel, classical, & soul to compose gospel praise songs that became standards, as well as songs covered by r& b acts. He had kidney issues recently that led to his passing.
Richard Smallwood has passed. They will call him a gospel music artist. He was that.
But Smallwood was also one of the greatest composers - period of any modern music form.

A significant amount of safety research has existed for decades on Human Machine Interfaces proving exactly this. It's exhausting to watch money and effort wasted in a tech hype cycle to constantly undo and redo what we already know in safety engineering.

Seeing reports on Instagram that Memphis soul & gospel singer & songwriter Don Bryant has died at age 83. Bryant co-wrote w/ his wife Ann Peebles "I Can't Stand the Rain," & penned many more great tunes. He returned to secular singing when the Bo-Keys backed him. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don_Bry...
