Most people don't believe that I'm a very introverted person. But then a colleague gifted me this sweater...

How does this thing keep looking shadier and shadier? It's like a bottomless pit of unethical mess.

And I wonder when journalists are going to ask again about the hundreds of Alligator Alcatraz detainees who apparently vanished upon closure of the facility.

You need to brush up on your history friend. That is literally not true. These guys fled abroad and lived nice cosy lives.
Some faced consequences, mainly because, after a few years, they started feeling nostalgic and began acting in a nazi-ish way again.
This is essentially what governments did in the late 1900s and early 2000s with respect to Nazis. Whether you were a lowly concentration camp guard or in Hitler's inner circle, if there was evidence you were a Nazi, it was straight to jail with your walker.

It worked.
Maybe instead of identifying specific ICE agents who do particularly heinous things, we could just penalize everyone who was on payroll at the agency starting by a certain date.

The way this man talks makes me feel I've forgotten to take my meds and I can't process what he's trying to say.
We need to get off this ride. Expeditiously 😩

I bought a mini shelf with a suction cup. The shelf is on my bathroom mirror, and I put my meds on it. It doesn't help with precise time but I never forget to take them in the morning

Same. My dad had multiple guns and he ended up dismantling them and putting the different parts in separate parts of the house. He didn't want to give them up but was rational enough to recognize they were a hazard.

US higher education was a crown jewel, generating knowledge, wealth, prestige, and power unrivaled by anyone.

And the US is throwing it away, because Americans elected a govt ideologically opposed to truth, science, merit, and racial/gender equality, preferring to weaken the country to reduce that.
