Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.

it’s so maddening that the default setting for law enforcement violence is that the culprits get to hide their faces, subsumed into a faceless institution, while the victims are individuated and picked apart. before cell phone video it had to be EGREGIOUS for us to even learn the officer’s name
They are trying to Michael Brown murder victims in Minneapolis. If they did just one “bad” thing in their lives, they’re “no angels” and worthy of death.

To those blaming Walz for not mobilizing the Guard, he did that six days ago. I have to say it's disturbing to see people angry at Walz instead of the government agents that just executed a man. As though we should all be experts about what to do when a secret police force invades an American city.
