#kidlit peeps - how about we avoid saying "celebrate" #bannedbooksweek and instead say "observe" -- censorship is really not something to celebrate. I am open to changing the name to #freedomtoread week, though -- and then I'm all about the celebration! www.wearestrongerthancensorship.org

My understanding is that international authors CAN join the class as long as their work was published and registered in the US — so you may be eligible even if outside the US.
Forty-six of my works were pirated into this database, which was used to train LLMs without my consent or compensation. Like many other authors I can’t join this class action lawsuit because I’m not American, but best of luck to those who can.
