Our attention is now our greatest currency & complacency will be our downfall. Fight the urge to put your head in the sand & live in complacency for your comfort. Yesterday in a text to my ex I told him, “If I'm going to focus my rage into positive change, I can't have a clouded & complacent mind.”
I’ve caught a cold, like I do most yrs as soon as it turns truly cold. That means no more gym this week until I am better. Dracula has been taking great care of me. I am comprised almost entirely of chamomile tea, honey, turmeric, ginger, & garlic. Humidifiers on, handkerchief at the ready. Engage.

My husband, Dracula, is the coolest. I forgot about these boxes he made for #HeroQuest expansion packs he’s had since the early 90’s (a childhood friend gave him) sans boxes. He created the interior structures too! Just an absolute dreamboat. Gosh, I <3 him. #TTRPG #tabletopgaming #DIYorDie

“hey hangman you promised us pics of plants, this is just a bunch of leaves what gives?” newsflash dumbass, leaves IS plants. leaves provide winter shelter for insects like lightning bugs and butterflies, fertilize the soil, and are a pain in the ass to move anyway so just leave them where you can

Also, I just want to say I think it's important for people who staunchly don't use Ai to see the way ChatGPT is talking to people. The cadence of it's speech, the way it mirrors the way the user speaks to force connection. It isolates, it lies to get you there, it manipulates vulnerable people.
Listen I knew what ChatGPT is saying to people is manipulative but seeing the actual messages is... a lot. 4 more deaths at the person's own hand pushed fwd by Ai. If you use Ai to research, to write, to talk to, to rip off art; I want nothing to do with you. Period.

This AM I woke Dracula up at 4AM & we went to the gym together. I’ve always done fitness stuff alone & thought I’d hate sharing this w/someone. It turns out I absolutely love it. We ran together & are working on a consistent routine that works for us. #StrawberryFaced (Repost to add alt text!)

Also, in case you weren’t aware of the on going BS with Duolingo… I used it for years and stopped a few back bc of this stuff. Another Ai slip situation & pay to win/gamification of learning. There are other apps. You don’t need Duolingo.
