Played him in to the Welsh national anthem for his heritage, played him out to Come Fly With Me as a nod to his job at the airport, and gave him fruit for his onward journey per his Buddhist beliefs. Unattended but still lovely 🧡

Sun made it feel like summer again yesterday. Plunge pool brought me back to earth.
Outdoor pool at spa with clouds and sun reflected. Me and two friends in the pool selfie. Standing in the 5 degree plunge building up to the dunk. Dunking. It was so cold that I couldn't speak as I was getting out.

Got up and ready, put on my new jumper (thanks @davecakes.bsky.social), signed 4 books in Hastings Waterstones (heads up locals) and went to a sauna on the pier. Nice Saturdaying.
