You can't fight if you've been caught and y'all just voluntarily put your hands up and surrendered to the Republicans today. Either you knew exactly what was going on and gave yourself cover with your meaningless "no" vote or you're too weak of a leader to control your caucus. Either one isn't good.

Yes. According to Ann Jacobs, the chair of the WI Elections Commission, a state-wide recount cannot be requested until the county canvasses are completed, which must be no later than Nov. 19th. What's cowardly to me is that Hovde hasn't conceded nor has he said that he *may* consider a recount.
