Sad news indeed.
The outfit I posted, of a near-naked film star wearing a see through dress, with black underwear and which I saw in today’s @theguardian.com was considered unsuitable by @moderation.bsky.app. I am happy that posts are being monitored! Bravo.
Don’t think I’ll be buying this to wear during the festive season!

Returning home after a few days clearing my cousin’s flat and a super stay at a stylish hotel. Hope the M25 is gentle….

Returning home after a few days clearing my cousin’s flat and a super stay at a stylish hotel. Hope the M25 is gentle….
She was always a great support to my mother when we were away in France - we have been very close throughout our lives.

Helping clear paperwork at my 92 yr old cousin’s flat as she’s going into a new care home. She pays a lot for care but I notice all her carers have immigrant backgrounds. Cleaning staff at our hotel similarly. I suspect none is paid a fortune. How would our service sector survive without them?

I am slowly returning to my norm thank you. I actually managed to cook lunch yesterday as OH had a Zoom meeting Not eating a lot yet but will get up this morning as friends coming for coffee so I will be up and about! The show must go on!😂Hope you have a lovely day Frost here xxx😘

Lest we forget: The UK government insisted on a 10-day quarantine for travellers arriving in the UK from France, because the Beta variant was rampant on Réunion (off South Africa). But if you flew directly from Réunion to the UK, you didn’t need to isolate at all. Bonkers. All while Johnson partied.
Don’t be fooled by Boris Johnson. He lied over and over, put senior civil servants on the back foot with his boosterism and tens of thousands died unnecessarily. A terrible PM as well as a terrible author.

My handwriting first declined when I learnt shorthand. Then it revived when I wrote endless school reports and notes on a blackboard. Now like you I am a word processor and can hardly hand write.
Good morning on a cloudy, drizzly Monday morning. I may have to start my Christmas cards this week. I'm so used to word-processing things, my handwriting seems to turn into a drunken spider staggering over the page. Stay safe.
