The 0330z @swradiogram.bsky.social on WINB was… something else. I experienced deep, carrier-killing fades, but also some pretty big jumps in signal for a few seconds at a time. Very unusual, but that's shortwave for you.

The 0330z @swradiogram.bsky.social on WINB was… something else. I experienced deep, carrier-killing fades, but also some pretty big jumps in signal for a few seconds at a time. Very unusual, but that's shortwave for you.

A slightly noisy set of images from the new @swradiogram.bsky.social today on WINB 9265.
Seeing all this snow makes me feel cold even though it hit 79°F here today. I'll take it, though, compared to my friend in McGrath, AK, where they hit -50°F and actually called off school the other day!

Just one image from the 1530z @swradiogram.bsky.social via the 9955 WRMI broadcast made it through, which is kind of a surprise. The signal was really weak and most of the MFSK32 text was gibberish. The THOR22 didn't decode at all, as the signal was way in the mud by the end of the show.
