Reception here in northern Virginia was poor, with about 30% MFSK32 text decode.

My only reception of the 0900-0930 UTC broadcast, 7780 kHz from WRMI Florida, via an SDR in New Zealand.

Due to multipath, static crashes and quirky audio, only four images decoded. Man Ray ink art was rearranged by a blip somewhere in the chain.

MFSK32 text decoded 92%.

Shortwave conditions were terrible during the 0330-0400 UTC broadcast on 9265 kHz from WINB Pennsylvania. So I used the hfunderground.com SDR in northern Maryland, all of 50 km from WINB, for groundwave (or maybe short hop) reception.

During the 0030-0100 UTC broadcast, 9265 kHz from WINB Pennsylvania, received via SDR in Ireland, a timeline from the first image at 0045 (left) to the last at 0058 (right) shows a rapid improvement in reception during the half hour.
