Also from @swordsedgepublishing.ca is a physical copy of Nefertiti Overdrive. I got to sit in on a session near the end of the campaign Fraser was running at home, and this game certainly delivers on high-octane action at the table!

Charity auction spotlight on a physical copy of ttrpg Centurion!
If memory serves, this was one of the first crowdfunding projects I backed because I thought it was cool the creator also lived in Ottawa. Then I found out how cool @swordsedgepublishing.ca really is!

From the early days of VHS all the way thru the blu-ray era, HARD-BOILED has always looked like dog shit on home video. What a thrill to finally see one of the greatest action movies ever made in this brand new 4K restoration. 🤩

Heads up for folx playing Arc Raiders: Embark has openly stated (in an interview with GamesRadar+), that the game uses the same AI voice tech as The Finals, and the CEO has talked about using AI to generate 3D models from YouTube rips.
If you're anti-AI you should not be playing Arc Raiders!
If you're anti-AI you should not be playing Arc Raiders!
Not to be the fun police but I do hope people know that Arc Raiders does use generative AI for voice acting, and by supporting the game you're letting higher-ups know that this is an okay practice.
They try to downplay this on the Steam store page by describing the AI usage as vaguely as possible.

I can confirm that Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein is an exceptional cinematic work. The best adaptation of Shelley’s book I’ve ever seen.

I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to support indie creators. Not just as a designer, but as a fan. Here’s why I think buying indie TTRPGs makes such a difference (and a special 10% thank-you for the upcoming Small Business Supporting Day!).

damn right; bottom trawling is an ecological crime, and any politician that supports it is guilty
'Small-scale fishermen using low-impact methods are...forced out by industrial vessels "that take more in a day than we can in a season...we are not asking for special treatment, only for rules that protect the ocean, reward those who fish responsibly, + give our communities a chance to survive"'.
Very encouraging to see small-scale fishermen demand better protections from bottom trawling
