When professors at ASU Honors College signed a letter distancing themselves from a Kirk speech the school sponsored, Kirk placed them on TPUSA’s Professor Watchlist and ushered in a wave of threats against them. Dennis Prager called for their firing. This is what Kirk means by being “treated well.”
After the Trump administration cut $400 million of funding to Columbia University over "antisemitism" because of pro-Palestine protests, Charlie Kirk is now warning college campuses that if he's not "treated well" when TPUSA arrives, they'll be next.

Aside from the obvious direct harm, what's so irritating is that a handful of spoiled ignorant assholes are breaking things that we all built together. They weren't content to own almost everything, they had to wreck what little they didn't own. It's vandalism on a mass scale and has to be punished

People are gonna say "well watch what you say- why were they discussing that stuff anyway?" and we need to be clear that a) Rufo is lying about the contents of the chats and b) it's irrelevant because as long as people willing to lie about us have power we are not in control of what happens to us.
The trans ERG chat thing really illustrates why it's so important to the conservatives to define us as perverts and fetishists - because once that definition is in place, anything we say or do, no matter how innocent, becomes evidence that we are monsters who must be brutally punished and killed.

Also the Grease thing was that I saw it when I was old enough to understand poodle skirts = 50’s, but not old enough to realize that live-action movies could be set in past time periods, so it wasn’t until I was like 8 that I realize that Grease was not actually made in 1959.

This song was the music equivalent of Grease for me because my child brain thought that since the song was about 1969 it must have been made in 1969, so then whenever I heard a song with that same 80’s rock sound on the radio, I assumed it was from the 60’s
