Throughout the federal election campaign, I am looking at elections from Canada's past.
Today, it is the 1949 election.
The first election for Prime Minister Louis St. Laurent, and with Newfoundland as part of Canada, it led to the biggest Liberal victory in history.

Updated WPC's winter guidance for snow & ice accretion overall totals from 7am today thru till Mon. 7am. 50-75 percentile solution/range for snowfall I'm Ok with. As for FRZN DRZ/IP risk -50 percentile looks best. 75 is to far north/overdone based on new runs #onwx #onstorm

Bob Uecker, beloved "Mr. Baseball," has died at 90. From a light-hitting MLB catcher to a Hall of Fame broadcaster, sitcom star, and comedic legend in Major League and Miller Lite ads, Uecker was truly one of a kind. Wherever they bury him, he'll likely be in the first row.

God I'm researching the lies people are telling about the LA Fires on Twitter for a video and I'm genuinely so enraged.

It is so disgusting and depraved the way these grifters will use any opportunity -- even (especially) the most tragic -- to make a buck through spreading lies and fear.

Did you think social media was toxic? Well, it’s about to get so much worse.

Because Meta is getting rid of fact-checkers and recommending more political content.

Let's talk about it.
Facebook and Instagram are about to get way worse. Here's why.
