This is it:
3) A massive decentralized movement like this -- everywhere all at once, with everybody pitching in -- is extremely difficult for any regime, even the most autocratic, to derail. There are too many leaders, coordinating in too many different ways, for a movement like this to be easily neutralized.

🚨The Trump Administration just banned nonpartisan groups from offering voter registration services to new citizens at naturalization ceremonies.

This is detrimental to our democracy and only increases the barriers that newly naturalized citizens face when attempting to register to vote in RI. 🧵

Today, Secretary Amore will testify in support of HJR5515, which would ask voters if the Constitutional restriction requiring voter registration 30 days before an election should be removed.

And usually it's Rhode Island and then everybody hates Rhode Island.”

I am so grateful to my friend and neighbor Helen Anthony for her service to our city over the last 6 years. I am amazed by her strength and resilience, under the most difficult circumstances.

Wishing her a restful time of recovery, and more walks in Blackstone Woods.
“She actually defines what it is to be resilient, what it is to be strong, to be caring, to be professional, and above all, to be there.”

City councilors shared memories and sent well wishes to the now former Prov. Ward 2 councilor Helen Anthony.

My lab's been attacked by an anti-wind group and their lawyers. They threatened the science funding of my whole university, to shut me and my undergraduate research assistants up.
