An excellent list, but I feel compelled to add a few more baldies (not to be confused with Baldies) from this era: the marvelous looking Atomic Skull, the thoroughly waxed and glistening Bloodthirst, keyboard-smashing Hfuhruhurr, and of course freakin' Psi-Phon (and arguably Dreadnaught).

As far as I'm aware, no superhero has a rogues gallery quite as consistently *bald* as Superman's ferocious flock of follicly-challenged foes. Dozens of chrome-domed criminals have made Superman the ire of their depilated deviousness over the decades, so let's meet SUPERMAN'S BALDEST FOES!

Thrilled to be in the Peacemaker finale thank you credits, no doubt for Big Belly Burger, created with Byrne and a lot of editor Mike Carlin’s input as well, years ago in a Mr Myxyzptlk issue of Adventures of Superman we co-plotted! Anyhow watch Peacemaker on HBOMax! Fun show, lots of heart.

Fascinating looking at the just-found Shuster page side by side with the recreation Bog drew from the script! (I'm assuming everyone at DC has completely forgotten this issue exists or they would have already published it during some anniversary or other.)

"Peer Pressure," Part 2! Note: this issue includes no instances of Superman standing on smoldering ruins with his eyes glowing red while thunderbolts go off behind him. But, damn, that's a cool cover....

Sad to hear about the passing of the great Terence Stamp. Certainly shaped my understanding of on-screen villainy, and had such a rich career even beyond the Donner Superman films I love so much. With all the great Superman actors I’ve gotten to meet, I’m bummed I’ll never meet him.
