A new thinktank report says Oxford should be expanded with up to 75,000 new homes, and a tramway built. ‘Creating New Towns Fast and Well’, by @createstreets.bsky.social and @britainremade.bsky.social, recommends the city as one of 13 developments to ease what it says is Britain‘s “housing crisis”.
