In Math by the Book, Grade 1, we use a hundred cent chart. You can color to explore coin values or use color tiles to cover each cent. Or you could use grid paper to make models for comparison (Math in Practice gr 1). Then make a 100 chart from the grids. @heinemannpub.bsky.social
