I've reviewed articles regarding the approval of Military Funeral Honors for Ashli Babbitt. Here, I explain the approval of a Full Military Funeral Honors for a veteran, why they do not apply in this case, and the importance of preserving this tradition's integrity.

Also, most importantly: It was an attempt to overthrow the democratically elected government of the United States.
Reminder about Jan 6:

it really happened
It was a horror
140+ police were injured
A range of violent weapons were used by attackers
Chants to hang Mike Pence were heard
There was a gallows and guns
Pipe bombs diverted police as mob approached

This is solely scoped to whether her SEVIS record should be restored, i.e. whether she can work and be a student.

Misinterpreting the most vulnerable and self-defensive attempt to survive as a hostile act? Who do you think you are, a cop?
Q: What did you see in the second strike?

Cotton: "I saw two survivors trying to flip a boat -- loaded with drugs, bound for the United States -- back over, so they could stay in the fight."

This is what I thought too.

If the first boat is a legit target, and you're picking up evidence of comms with a second that's close enough to rescue them, then the second would be a legit target too.

Of course, neither are legit targets.
Ok, let’s suppose these two survivors are actually drug dealers.

And they’re calling a new boat to come pick up them and the floating cocaine.

Why wouldn’t you wait til the second boat arrives and kill those bad guys, too?

The Trump Administration's latest rationale for killing striken seamen was that they knew that two men had survived the initial strike but that they "needed to sink the vessel" so they fired again.

That is the EXACT same defense Heinz-Wilhelm Eck used after WWII. He was found guilty and executed.
Pentagon knew boat attack left survivors but still launched a follow-on strike, AP sources say
The Pentagon knew there were survivors after a September attack on an alleged drug boat in the Caribbean Sea and the U.S. military still carried out a follow-up strike.
