I've been eating soup for breakfast every day for weeks now. It is incredibly filling, warming and my dietician says healthy and common in other countries
I make a huge batch of pho broth, then every morning it's 1-2 bowls with rice noodles, daikon, bok choy, onions, tofu and shrimp or beef 🤤

My girl refused dinner tonight & just stood in the middle of the kitchen, kind of staring. Then she just laid down on the floor. I brought water, food, raw meat & she refused it all. So I laid down with her on the floor for a while
