I got a cortisone shot in my knee last week. Cortisone shots are ELITE.
Been using the cane regularly and it makes such a big difference. I want to set it on fire 🫠
I feel like my body is betraying me. I'm 40, not 80.
I don't want any pity it just fng blows & I have nowhere else to say it
