Had my first day volunteering with Renaissance today & really happy with how it all went. Didn't do anything particularly challenging but its more about doing something, and getting them skills back, mixing with people.
Going to be a lot more to get involved with as we go on but I feel positive 😊

Going to be doing my first volunteering shifts in about 2 weeks, on my birthday.
Definitely think I have made the right choice & going to be lots of scope for things for me to do, feels like Fulfilling Lives all those years back.
Having that purpose to get up daily😀
