In 2026 let’s normalize masking for public health.
If we could admit that with healthcare being gutted, vaccine access restricted and previously eradicated diseases coming back… having an extra layer like a respirator makes good sense.

The heart really is an amazing organ. I think it’s the only structure in the body that never ever rests. Sure, each chamber gets a brief pause during diastole while it repolarizes, but that’s about it. That’s roughly 0.5 seconds per cycle.
