Til FIDE-konferansen i Helsinki, Finland i 2027 skal Norsk forening for europarett bidra med nasjonale rapporter om disse tre temaene. Hvis du er interessert i å bidra til dette arbeidet, vil vi gjerne høre fra deg. Arbeidet med rapportene struktureres av en «questionnaire» for hvert tema, som inneholder en liste over de spørsmålene som rapporten skal forsøke å gi svar på.

Utkastet til lov om aldersgrenser for bruk av sosiale medier er i strid med både EØS-retten og ytrings-/informasjonsfriheten. Særlig klar er EØS-striden, som vil være umulig å unngå. Loven må derfor skrotes.

1/ I worked at DoD. I literally cannot imagine lawyers coming up with a legal basis for lethal strike of suspected Venezuelan drug boat.

Hard to see how this would not be "murder" or war crime under international law that DoD considers applicable.
