I've magically stumbled into the world of the Professional Club DJ and kinda like it. Long suffering Minnesota Vikings fan (since '88). Former comic book reviewer, now in exile within a prison of his own longboxes.
Me stood here at a Rapture gig, in my Tom Vek t-shirt recognising someone is wearing a ¡Forward, Russia! t-shirt.

The music scene 20 years ago was really something else

In London tonight to watch The Rapture play a newish venue in the Tottenham Court Road area and yet I still find myself missing The Borderline and Astoria...

Ultimate rug pull would be for Dispatch Season 2 to already be in the bag and the imminent release date gets revealed at The Game Awards

Have watched 3 different streamers all instantly choose a VERY extreme negative choice towards endgame in Dispatch that has me a little concerned with their narrative AND natural choices and reasoning.

I know it's 'only a game'...but, ya know, it's a superhero game.

The key here surely, is to NOT force it. There's a great story to be had, where the fictional version of Mi5 struggles in the aftermath of No Time To Die without someone to fill the 007 role (perhaps losing other 00 agents) and overcoming attacks and adversity

Daniel Craig's permanent exit in 'No Time to Die' is apparently causing issues for the next 'Bond' film.

Went solo to a gig tonight. Thought I might meet new people, our mutual love for the band maybe sparking up a conversation.

Then the lunk behind me semi-shouted to his mate " 'ere, look at that giant head down the fuckin' front, might start singing that Harry Maguire song at him, remember that?!'

If that case is winnable, and there is good reason to believe it is, the BBC should fight it.

Nowhere in the hysterical pile-on against the BBC in the British press has anyone mentioned that BBC News now has 77 million viewers & listeners in the US and has established itself as the second most trusted news source there.

sort of incredible to read a review that doesn't just made a vague nod at AI being bad, but actively reckons with the ways in which falling obsessively to AI usage actively obliterates the artistic intent and integrity of the work you've made.

#GTA6 #GTA5
Don't feel sad for Take Two's shareholders over GTA 6 delay: GTA 5 has now sold more copies than the entire population of Brazil. https://bit.ly/47unExJ

Nobody should be surprised about the Musk bonus. Bods at the top of that company realise that they've now got little to rest the company's future on except Musk's own journey. There are too many companies already forging ahead of Tesla in the EV market, and he wasn't ousted after the DOGE PR debacle

Defense says that the officer's testimony was "very questionable" because he said the sandwich both exploded in spray of mustard and onions and also landed in its wrapper on the ground.

Right now is the time for people who have interesting things to write or make videos to get after it.

The media empires have kicked out all their talent, and people that want actual experts and not just talking heads who spew bullshit all day, are looking for people to support and follow.
