Even my non ACA employee insurance is going up like $50 a month and I'm downgrading from last year bc if I'd kept it the same it would have gone up almost 100 🫠

Saw this little guy last night with the Salish Sea School in Anacortes, WA as part of their free community dock walk I volunteer as an interpreter for.
We can tell it is a giant pacific octopus from the single line of chromatophores on each arm.

Why am I so against generative AI in games?
Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.

Making a (1) comic page is already hard and we have people judging themselves for not being able to make complex compositions and plan out elaborate story arcs.
