Also here's a pattern that I've found that works for me before I retreat into my hole to work for the day:

One day I’ll go through my experiences in some sketchy-ass group chats that went full “we support the doxxing of the people we find problematic” cuz I think more people should probably be A) aware that happened and B) learn how to recognize the Protect The Children misdirection in fandom as well.

Every time some “Protect The Children!” Bullshit happens I want this video and this woman to get an AVALANCHE of new views and attention because no “Protect The Children” initiative has ever ACTUALLY been ABOUT protecting the children. Not in this culture. Not at this time.

I think my most solid advice for existing publicly/semi-publicly online in any capacity would be to be extremely careful about making yourself too appealing to the kinds of people who only ever show up to start shit.
