The holidays can be so hard sometimes, especially after experiencing loss. A person, a pet, a relationship. They are important pieces that can leave you feeling lost this time of year. It's okay to feel the loss and not be merry. It's okay if maybe you need a little more TLC. It's ok to not be ok.
