Just heard an older person refer to their Discover card as "Discovery", and it honestly was probably the most innocent and human thing I've heard this morning, after consuming a couple of hours of news and political commentary. I wish I was one of those people who didn't care to stay "in the know".

I have lived through so much trauma in my life, not including anything regarding the world around me. I have attempted to not live several times. I have felt hopeless many times in life.
I've never felt as hopeless as I do now - mostly bc of our government.
