Since learning about the concept of artificial scarcity I notice it absolutely everywhere now. Believing that something you want or need won't be available later is psychologically damaging, especially when you LITERALLY cannot afford to get it right now.

I got my caretaker badge approved right away, but strangely, my partner is having a heck of a time getting a response on xer ADA badge...
