Good news update: The issue has resolved, the amount of aspiration wasn't large enough to cause serious problems. We did not have to intervene in any way, values are back to normal again, lung is fine and I'm feeling good. Will be discharged from hospital tomorrow morning.
Aaaand it‘s another aspiration pneumonia, caused by my birth defect (last two in 2014 and 2021). Admitted to my local hospital, they know me well here. IV placed but no antibiotics therapy just yet, still monitoring. They take good & efficient care here in 🇨🇭.

Liver values stagnating for 1st time in a year after constantly dropping, but only slightly above norm value, blood & inflammation levels fine, no concern. Rash on back to be checked by dermatologist 11/27, likely acne or Malassezia folliculitis.
