A word of warning though: The housing market in Switzerland has gone batshit crazy, even in the rural areas and that applies to any type of housing, rentals, condos, houses. Switzerland wants to keep looking like a village, but it's growing by 100k people/year. That puts stress on infrastructure.

Delta probably already used as an app name by another company. Could have named the app "Delta Air Lines" though, but then again, names need to be short on small screens.

My den is always open and a safe space for my valued U.S. friends needing to get away from things for a bit.

Next one is likely February 5-7, 2027 at UBS Arena on Long Island, NY. It's been confirmed just last week the New York Islanders will host the 2027 NHL All-Star Weekend with no event in 2026 due to the Olympics.

I had to fly in all the way from Switzerland, went to two Mascot Showdowns and met Stanley on many, many occasions during home games. Never stop chasing your dreams, you never know what the future brings!

I was there just last March to cheer on my Panthers and to meet Gnash. Was a lot of fun, Preds are my 2nd favorite team because of Gnash.
