Here's a handy video of some warm-up exercises you can do to help get yourself prepared to shovel! Obviously, adjust them to your fitness level, but the main goal is get yourself warmed up for physical activity. You can't go from 0 to 60 here, & you'll get a better idea of what you can handle!

Easily one of the best aurora nights I've ever had! Took almost 1500 photos, ate through a battery and a half, and didn't get back until after dawn. Finally got a chance to get them off the camera today 🌌💚💖

This isn't even a new tactic. "Indian" schools were a big part of the genocide of indigenous people. I used to live on Indian School Rd and learned about this horrible fact early, but I never thought I'd see something like this in my lifetime.
