Hello this is dog
Still thinking about this sunset from the other day, the sky was so red but I couldn't really get a good picture :'3

Trying to believe the future can be like this experience: shaky and imperfect, but still beautiful and worth seeing

Remembering the time the sky was so dusty I was able to get a picture of sunspots (yes I checked that day and it was a match so it's not just dirt on the lens)

Ginkgos are one of my favorite "living fossils" having been largely unchanged since 170 million years ago 💛

Just dug through some photos from the past year and I don't know if I ever shared this one. It's my favorite beach at sunset 🖤

I think my dogwife took this shot one of the times we went for galaxy or bioluminescence pics, but I don't remember which time (oops bad brain)

The three spirits:

Saw salmon spawning in the creek! All the little pink specks in the gravel are eggs, hundreds of them! So cool to see them beating the odds and making it home to do their thing <3

Eventually the aurora substorm died down and receded to a bright green light on the horizon. The clouds were rapidly rolling in, so we decided to call it here. A truly magical night 💚🌌
November 15, 2025 at 4:38 AM
This was the view straight up during the wildest blood red aurora I've ever seen!
November 15, 2025 at 4:32 AM
If I didn't know what I was seeing, this aurora would probably have made me believe it was the end of the world. The sky was literally glowing blood red, in the totally forest. Something I'll be thinking about for years for sure ❤️🌌
November 15, 2025 at 4:28 AM
The wave of color in the sky surged ever closer to us, and green ribbons of aurora began to dance within the eerie pink sky 💚🌌
November 15, 2025 at 4:22 AM
The aurora was so bright it was almost white in some places! It overwhelmed the starlight like I was in a city 🌌
November 15, 2025 at 4:15 AM
The first wave of substorm after darkness filled the whole northern sky with green light and reddish orange pillars 💚❤️🌌
November 15, 2025 at 4:10 AM
The sky over the place we go to pick wild berries and mushrooms was a brilliant pink from the aurora 💖🌌
