The death of a woman in Minneapolis at the hands of ICE is the devastating consequence of an unaccountable and rogue invading force being unleashed on our country. They have murdered an innocent person and are lying about it to justify their unconscionable actions.

Listed below was the type of legal process: “subpoena.” And below that, the authority: “Department of Homeland Security.”

This cannot be something a civilian law enforcement agent is allowed to wear in the US — and an agency that has a culture that tolerates this cannot be saved.
Fucking surreal that people dressed like this and carrying assault rifles are permitted to kidnap people off our streets

Remember the incident where DHS claimed officers shot a guy because he attacked them with a snow shovel?

Yeah. It didn't happen. They shot him through the door of his own home. And then arrested him. And then lied about it. Again.

And they almost shot some kids in the process.
They just blindly shot through the fucking door.

This is effectively a call to strip states and local communities of control over how votes are cast and counted, and to hand that authority to one political party—a core mechanism of authoritarian capture.

We want to thank the residents of Mount Joy and the Donegal Democrats for showing up, not only last night, but in the worst snow storm since 2018, to speak out against local collaboration with ICE. This homegrown action has given us hope and encouragement to fight against 287g across the county.
Despite a packed meeting agenda, the Mount Joy Borough Council adjourned after just 20 minutes Monday night because the borough could not safely accommodate a crowd of more than 80 people who showed up to observe and comment on the…

Concentration warehouses
BIG news from @bloomberg.com, which confirms that ICE has gone ahead and *purchased* multiple commercial warehouses with the aim of converting them into mass detention camps.

This is likely to be the big detention story of 2026 — literal warehousing of people.

The arrests of Don Lemon, Georgia Fort, and Jamael Lundy are unacceptable and a clear violation of the Constitution.

This is a dangerous abuse of power that threatens the rights of every single American.

They must be released immediately.

They want everyone to know it came from the top, that it's corrupt and anti-1A, and they like that.

Because they don't have anywhere close to the capacity to silence everyone by force. So they use a show of intimidation to try to chill speech, and to try to raise their supporters' flagging spirits.
Bondi says she personally directed the arrest, WH smears and cheers.

The movement deserves to claim these kinds of huge wins!
