I saw someone joke the other day that the DOJ is down to 6 lawyers and it’s not quite right but OTOH they’ve stopped chasing crime of all sorts and instead about half of all litigation in one district is… habeas. With 9 lawyers out of over a hundred.
Maybe time for some client management.
