The Republicans don't believe any of this bullshit. They know how insurance works. They've been bribed by the insurance industry for their entire careers. This is just a lame attempt to hide the fact that they want to deny health care to millions of Americans.
Cassidy: "The president is proposing that we take the $26b that would be going to insurance companies if we just do an extension and give it directly to the American people in which 100% of the money is used for them to purchase healthcare on their own terms. That makes them an informed consumer."

Doug Jones won before & if you doubt he can do it again, you’re not paying attention to Alabama.

Tuberville has a record, but so does Jones.

If Jones jumps in, the contrast couldn’t be greater. A real Alabaman who prosecuted a KKK cold case vs Florida man who treats the state like rental property.

Pam Bondi will not have a license to practice law when this is all over. You can’t stay a bar member and agree to investigate only members of one political party for child sexual abuse but not members of the other. And, you can’t do it after previously saying no one else could be charged.

Expect dozens of GOP defections now that Trump has announced an "investigation". This is the scheme to keep the Epstein Files hidden forever.

Yeah, real professionals will quit because this is not Justice. This is a concocted lie by a corrupt President who wants his followers to believe nonsense.
Breaking MSNBC:

The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida called a division-wide meeting this afternoon, following the resignations of two prosecutors who were asked to take part in a vast "conspiracy" investigation into former intel and law enforcement officials.

This is a bad deal, and the old way of doing things is clearly not working.

We need new leaders in the Senate.

So, wait, maybe it’s ok for Dems to be decent and compassionate and tolerant and, yes, even woke. And all that stuff about us having to meet them halfway down the hatefulness highway was just…bullshit? Odious horrible bullshit.
57% of all ad spending by Republicans in the Virginia governors race was on anti trans ads. Just an incredibly mismanaged campaign. Anti-trans politics are a losing issue.

The only people I've known who kept consistently getting speeding tickets are the same people who can't stop drinking even though it's destroying their lives.

Found out recently one of them is dead. She drank herself to death in her early 60s.

This is wrong. This is the weaponization of justice. This is an abuse of power. This is impeachable. This behavior of Trump’s must never be normalized. Never.👇
Never in the history of the US has any president openly and repeatedly called for the investigation, arrest & prosecution of his political opponents. While many continue to shrug these things off and normalize them, I will never stop pointing out that this is what autocrats do.
