Musk's statement is an unduly long way to say "yes, the Media Matters report was factually accurate, those ads were shown next to those posts," which is a bit of a problem for any lawsuit, be it teeny or "thermonuclear."
OK maybe I can make an exception and make ONE post on Twitter.

Absolutely mesmerized by the light filtering through the leaves.

It brings me joy to know so many people experienced the same yesterday.

I really want to show compassion to everyone who lost their sense of smell due to COVID (which seems to be almost everyone in my office); the migraines & asthma attacks triggered by choking on the clouds perfume/cologne/deodorant they’re all bathing in is making that very difficult.

No surprise here: Disney illegally underpaid workers at their Anaheim theme park in violation of the city’s ‘living wage’ law. Stiffing their employees and creatives to pay their $27 million/year CEO seems par for the course for them.
Disneyland workers could get a pay hike to nearly $20 an hour after living-wage win
A California appeals court ruled that Disneyland Resort workers are covered by Anaheim's 2018 voter initiative requiring Walt Disney Co. to boost wages.

SAG-AFTRA strike is on. Sandman has stopped shooting completely, along with everything else that was squeaking by without writers. I hope that the AMPTP sees reason and gets back to the table with the actors and the writers. I have no reason at this point to think they will see reason.
