Struggling to parse the implications of the new "hype" feature on youtube? Is it...good? Maybe rewards quality of the actual content of the video better than youtube's other metrics?

I went to meet the 'Rockstar 31', the developers who were suddenly fired from their work on GTA 6 for what the studio has described as gross misconduct.
That's not what the workers call it though. They have another couple of words they prefer to use: union busting.

Maybe I haven't been paying attention but is it well-known that YouTube's compression is way better than it used to be? Like it kinda notoriously could not handle the visuals of the Giygas fight without turning into a huge mess. But now it handles it almost perfectly? www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHCU...

a: according to the ancient scrolls in which the rules of baseball were found, if a ball lands and doesn't bounce that ball is declared god. the players were worshipping god. i doubt there will be a game 7 or any further baseball seasons
