You cannot provide a technological fix to what is ultimately a social problem. People behaving like assholes on your platform is a social problem that needs a social solution, not simply throwing more tech at it.

But from the very beginning they've been firmly on team "let's technology harder at people problems". This has caused multiple disasters. Their response to each has been to decide they simply weren't technologying hard enough at the people problems.

There are approximately zero instances where philanthropic dollars are best directed to a new organization run by You, The Person Fresh To The Problem instead of to a very exhausted person who's been doing the work on a shoestring with no resources for decades and knows the problem space
If you are a rich person who wants to do good with your money, consider giving it to people who are already working on the things you care about instead of assuming your big brain is necessary to the solution and "founding" something. Jesus.
