Happy to be back at #parkrun again after 2 weeks of a rolled ankle, and 3 weeks canceled due to extreme cold.
Been indoor training with a running coach twice a week, and he has completely overhauled my stride. No more heel striking, but now my calves and soleus muscles are taking a beating.
