23:01 is still a good time, but it seems like I have plateaued at 4:36/km.
I will be increasing the sprint interval length to 150-200m, and sticking with it for at least another week.

I was 9th out of 128, 2nd in my age category, with a River Oaks personal best of 23:00. This was my first River Oaks parkrun averaging over 13kmph. I am still 3-min away from my goal of a sub-20
