It is literally community care at this point because the Pandemic never ended, one third of the population has Long Covid, they are criminalizing school absence and homelessness and taking away COVID days at jobs. Know what else? Prison = free labor basically.

TL;DR: For a high profile case about a Minneapolitan, with much to do about allegedly aggressive online comments on federal immigration agents in Minneapolis, it's striking the case was moved to Michigan on charges that also seem tied to just a handful of posts allegedly involving a Michigander.
I've been looking into the case of Kyle Wagner, the man arrested earlier this week in Minneapolis on cyberstalking with interstate communications charges, and a couple things in the case, especially in the filed complaint and accompanying affidavit, stand out.

Last summer, Meltzer said ratings showed the 3 most popular wrestlers with women for AEW were Hangman, Omega & Toni Storm. No surprise they all wrestled on this Dynamite.
Women 18-49 also doubled week over week, from 47,000 to 94,000. Last week was the first episode with the latest Nielsen methodology adjustment, so the massive jump in women watching this week isn't simply attributable to the methodology change.
Is the 18-49 demo being 46% women a Dynamite record?

This is so important, and something I learned from the history beat. Example: We don't have to say "fugitive slaves" just bc people did in 1850. We can give self-emancipated people the dignity they deserved back then. Plus, it's more accurate!

Agree. There’s lot of misleading terminology around immigration. Courts that aren’t really courts, judges who aren’t really judges, warrants that aren’t really warrants. We don’t have to adopt terminology that doesn’t accurately convey the administrative & often arbitrary nature of things.
I know this is kind of spitting into the wind, but I'd like to make an effort:
Just because ICE calls them "administrative warrants" doesn't make that the most accurate term for them.
They are forms. ICE forms. Signed by an ICE employee. Authorizing an arrest, but still, a _form._

He also conceded the Trump-era anti-immigrant program is more violent than the Obama-era equivalent. This is the first time we are aware any agent in the Twin Cities campaign has connected it with Minnesota's political alignment as a "blue" Democratic Party-leaning state.
